elfutils translations

Hi,

It may happen that you noticed and translated some bits of elfutils  
catalog [1] from 'Fedora Upstream Projects' release.

If you check elfutils git repository [2] you will not find your updates.  
Moreover, you can notice that the template on Transifex is outdated.

It can be derived from a developer words [3], that they will not use  
Transifex for translations anymore, like PulseAudio developers. But unlike  
PulseAudio developers (who do not give even a damn to translators for  
months) they rapidly react on translator requests in Bugzilla.

So you can update your translations from the repository template and  
commit them through Red Hat Bugzilla.
