Is Transifex having problems, or is it just me?

I translated the remaining messages in the Swedish translation of
Anaconda, the f17 branch yesterday.  I upload the file and things
looks fine.  But the statistics remain on 98%, and when I download it
again today the new messages remain untranslated.  I uploaded the
translated version again today, twice, but again it seems it doesn't
update anything.

Is there any explanation for this?
