Fedora 17 Installation Guide and Installation Quick Start Guide ready for translation

Hi Jack,

I saw different languages in the said project, but after sign in with
fedora username, I cannot find out how to translate.
The "Help" section of website is also completely blank.
Do you have any guide for this? Tks!
