Self-introduction

Hello,
I'm Onuralp SEZER (on fedora known thunderbirdtr).

I am a member of the Turkish team, and kindly ask to become a cvsl10n
sponsor in order to be able to approve our members if needed.
We have got a new transifex coordinator, but not yet using our mailing
list, as the owner is not responding.

I have asked the infra to add me as the trans-tr owner in order to handle
registration[3]
And I have asked the bugzilla component in order to add our language[4]
