Release Notes: The content within some tags is missed from po-files

Pete, look: the first <emphasis> tag in the string from your ticket is empty in po-file. The <productname>KDE Games</productname> is missed. It's the same issue as I've just described.

I mean this string:

#. Tag: para
#, no-c-format
msgid "<emphasis></emphasis>: <productname>KDE Games</productname> have been upgraded. There has been a lot of polish to <application>Kajongg</application>, the <productname>KDE</productname> Mahjongg game, including tooltip playing hints, improved robot AI and chat if players are on the same server ("
msgstr ""

There is also the following string in the po-file in question:

#. Tag: productname
#, no-c-format
msgid "KDE Games"
msgstr "KDE Games"

But it will not be included in empty <emphasis> tag. So the first part of the broken string will remain untranslated in the result doc.
