Description of problem:
The policycore utils is full of missing labels, texts, or it's the extraction
where wrong.

current 

How reproducible:
Check
https://fedora.transifex.com/projects/p/policycoreutils/resource/policycoreutils/l/hu/

Open the source file and search labelxxx where xxx are numbers only (eg.
label109, label111, and so on). These I think only missing or unnecessary parts
from the gui. 

Actual results:
Possibly wrong or with full of errors source file,

Expected results:
No untranslatable parts. Updated source file.
