New language added on Transifex, how to add to anaconda

Well,
Kazakh language was added to master, but not to f18-alpha-branch,
so its not presented in latest anaconda releases (anaconda-18.6.*)

Does that mean Kazakh language won't be included in anaconda for
Fedora 18?
