Yes, it's not easy to control.

Being as a twitter translator I'm happy to see that twitter uses review
poll to choose the best translation, however if we enable review mode and
divide docs to single sentences, I think we can use API to find something
like: "whose translation are the most commonly use" or "whose translation
are often the best".

Currently I can't find a good idea...
