I chose several translators in zh_CN team to be reviewers last year.
But actually we didn't use this function too much.
As you said above, we can't mark all project as reviewed, we have to
mark them one string by one string. It's a huge needless work.
So please don't enable this feature for zh_CN team.
I would talk about this on #fedora-zh IRC channel and listen for others opinion.
