F18 Power Management Guide now available in French

Hi Jack,

Thanks for publishing.
I am not sure how I helped on that guide, that should be only few strings.
Credits goes mainly to Jérôme and other French team members that did the review.

I remember to have spoken about the fedora-docs Transifex release, and asked
people to ping me when the guide is ready to add it there. Hum.
It was not on that release, I have just added them now. 

@translators, docs available on the docs release at[1] are manually added. All
resources are manually added. And it is *not* user friendly. We can forgot some
resources. So please check a guide from there, and go to the project page (by
clicking on its name).

I am really looking forward to have this improved.

Also, I am sure that we have old guide there... Please check before translating
everything ;)
