Publican 3 strings

Hi all;

Publican 3.1 has just gone GA, and with F18 now GA as well, I am 
resuming my effort to finally get the current-generation Publican into 
Fedora.

As part of this effort, can I please get some help with:

1. the Document Conventions text that forms the preface of books:

(already well translated, but more languages always welcome!)

2. instructions to readers about how to leave feedback for Fedora books:
