[bl][nb][el][tr] Websites fixed for your languages!

Hi,

I apologies to the teams whose languages was not working on our Websites.
It was an apache configuration error, and we spent a lot of time fixing
it. For several good and bad reasons.

But now it is working as it should.
Thanks to the greek team who helped us finding that the Content-Type was
incorrect.
We have now special case handling as for the pl language before.

It's quite painfull. Our next step is to move that to a template in order
to maintain only one file..
