Adding the rdo-docs projects to Fedora on transifex

Salut Daniel,

IIRC, the project usually has to be recreated under the Fedora
umbrella. That happened to me for the FreeIPA docs.
I cc:ed Pete Travis (immanetize) & Eric Christensen for that matter.
