| Hi Valentin,
| Use Inkscape, open one svg file in it and press Shift+Ctrl+X combine key
| to open xml editor, then you will see the corresponding translation from
| left side of the window.

| Or you can just modify svg file using text editor, for example open them
| in vim, and search the translation.
