A good way to reduce bug volume would be to make it very clear about
the scope of the word "play". That is, what features/actions/events
can be expected and which ones are out of scope for this specific
instance.

The alternative is to provide a document that lists all possible
actions which can be undertaken on this instance. And request bugs
only if there is unexpected behavior for those.

The period of availability of the Test Instance should have some dates
associated eg. From <this date> to <this>
