Zanata test instance (localized-zanatatest.itos.redhat.com) outage notice

Hi Zoltan,

There is a "Zanata editor" project on translate.zanata.org that will 
let you translate the translation editor portion of Zanata and it's 
open for all languages on the instance. I have added the project to the 
"Zanata" group so we can track it in the same place.

As for the client, we still have to go through the i18n process with it 
so we can then push it to Zanata for localization. I've created a bug 
for it: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1122748
