Hi Fedorians,

I'm Ma Kai from China and I'm more than willing to join the Fedora
Project (again). I'm not a very long time user of Fedora, but I do 
like this OS.

A brief introduction to me is at [1].

I've contributed translations to Fedora in the past few years but my old
FAS user name is no longer usable, so I finally decided to start from
the beginning today. :-)
