Adding new language teams

Hi Esteban,

That rule doesn't match the text file from before, which had
"pluralequation (n > 1)". And I can't see anything definitive on those
three pages to say which is the correct rule.

Is there perhaps a Mozilla page with more information about Guarani?

Regards

Sean.
