Khmer language team

Hi Guys,

Nisa Botrey (FAS: botreynisa) is willing to start Khmer translation for
Fedora with her community.
She is willing to coordinate Khmer l10n team.
Highly appeciate if someone can provide necessary access to start the
translation using Zanata.

We will be running translation workshop with Khmer community in near future.
