Fedora Websites Translations: Migration to Zanata completed!

Just an update here.
>From this moment ALL TRANSLATIONS should be done *ONLY* on ZANATA!
Please don't worry if you don't see your translated strings at the moment,
they are all up and working fine but are not pulled into production.

We made all resources on Transifex untranslatable right now and froze all
websites on master branch in order to not pull anything anymore from TX
until F22 Alpha will be released. This will give us the possibility to work
on Infra to setup all the files for Zanata, and we want to finish this
before entering Infra freeze.

Thanks for the great work you're doing right now, I saw many teams
completed or at least added new strings on Zanata, that's awesome.
I'll keep you up to date if anything will change but for now our migration
plan is working fine.
