Self-introduction: Sukit Arseanrapoj (Thai)

Hi,

My name is Sukit Arseanrapoj (FAS user: sukit). I live in Bangkok, Thailand.

I would like to help with Thai language translation. I've already started
translating some wiki pages to Thai.

It's nice to join the L10N sub-project. Hopefully, I can contribute
something useful.
