Thanks Matthew, Sankarshan and Aman for your input.  Its motivating  :)
We already have Noriko from l10n team and Ani from FLTG to Coordinator this
proposal. Hoping someone will join from Zanata soon for this. Planning to
start it for Fedora 23 release.

Soon, will drop an email for scheduling meeting and also can work together
to prepare agenda for same.
