Yes, we did.

Blog not mentioning anything specific on Indic, since we actually worked on
global strategy for all languages.

Yeah, you spotted exactly.
Trying to improve it from Fedora 24 onwards. Have big todo list for F24,
hoping it will improve this situation as well.

Being one of the long time contributor to Fedora L10N, i think your inputs
will be very helpful to improve this situation. We already have some plans
in hand. Lets discuss further on this in FUEL conference.

Fedora does not decide priority for any language rather languages
contributor/community decide priorities for Fedora :)
I hope more Indian language contributors will come up soon and help to
improve this situation.
