Review Fedora translation

Hi all,

I've created two bash scripts fedora-main.sh and fedora-web-sh to check
Fedora translations. Feel free to use them to check your translations,
feedback is welcome.

As result of their execution you'll obtain an html report including grammar
and orthography checkup.
