Irish [ga] language team for Zanata

Hello,

I am the coordinator for GNOME's Irish translation and have previously done
some work on projects in the Fedora scope through Transifex. I recently
went to Zanata, but there is no ga team there. The documentation is not
clear on how to have such a team added (as far as I can see, it always
assumes the team already exists on the platform). What do I need to do in
order to have this team added?
