It would be nice if the following could be used:
device (hd0) /dev/md0
root (hd0,0)
setup (hd0)

However when I try this on Fedora 9, I get the following error after the root
command:
root(hd0,0)
Unknown partition table signature

Error 5: Partition table invalid or corrupt
