tp-haze provides support for yahoo, ICQ, etc support. Unless PackageKit support
is added for connection managers we need to maintain the hard requirement on
this. There is an upstream bug[1] for this, but as far as I'm aware no one is
working on this. Closing as WONTFIX, since the solution for this needs to be
done upstream.
