As of FC16 this is reproducible as long as the wired connection is managed by
NM AND "Allow all users and disable the device" is unchecked in Network
Settings. As soon as you check it nmbd starts properly on boot. Otherwise it
fails with log.nmdb identical to the one attached in this bug (with debug
output on).
