automount ntfs

i installed the ntfs rpm for fc1and i need to know why i still cant open
the files as user sesso.. i put this all in the fstab file also... do i
need to reboot?


 mount /dev/hda1 /mnt/windows -t ntfs -r -o
umask=0222,uid=sesso,gid=root
