up2date keyring does not contain the Red Hat....

Where you root when you tried importing them?
BTW, those aren't commands if you tried to run them directly

rpm --import /usr/share/rhn/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora
or
rpm --import /usr/share/doc/fedora-release-1/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora
