Fedora breaks dhcpd, RH9 doesn't?

Been there...!
/var/lib/dhcp/dhcpd.leases exists, rw-r--r--

Contains standard semi-polite "don't bother us with Trivia" comments, but no leases shown (except when I installed RH9, and it showed the machines connected. It got overwritten on the FC1 install, natch)
