Dag's gcvs srpm doesn't rebuild on FC1

I used to use Dag's gcvs rpms on RH9 but they won't rebuild on FC1.

I sent Dag a message a while back but received no reply so I thought I'd
try the list this time. I really like this cvs client and can't get it
to build.

Any help appreciated.
