is prelink doing this? "program antivir has been modified"

Prelinked programs certainly aren't bitwise identical, 
so if the program is checksuming itself then it obviously fails.
Latest prelink (should be in rawhide soonish) has blacklist support, so you
add -b /whatever/path/antivir to prelink.conf and prelink will not touch
it.
