man XF86Config

DisplaySize  width height
  This optional entry gives the width and height, in  millimetres,
  of  the  picture  area  of the monitor. If given this is used to
  calculate the horizontal and vertical pitch (DPI) of the screen.

Under your "Monitor" section in /etc/X11/XF86Config

Add the entry:

DisplaySize XX XX

Replace XX and XX with the width and height in millimeters of the
picture area of your monitor.  You can either measure it or look in the
manual or docs for the monitor on the web.
