i mean you can store rh/fc all cd in a ftp server or into a netfs (is 
better) and configure the remote install by kickstart. All pc will 
installed via network and it's very simply to manage or change install 
profile. For the server you can use a very stupid pc :-), if it isn't 
your departement server it maybe an only installation server with only 
ftp or nsf server.
I already use this at my home, i have a little 233mmx with 160Mb and 
10Gb+20Gb ata33... i use this for install my main pc too and the net is 
a simply 10mb! go slow but fine! 1h for a complete installation, but if 
you have a better network you can realize it better than me.
