Yes.  /etc/sysconfig/prelink has the settings used by the
/etc/cron.daily/prelink job.  The "." is a command that runs the
/etc/sysconfig/prelink file as part of the prelink cron job, in order
that the prelink cron job can get access to the variables defined in
/etc/sysconfig/prelink.
