Security Level Problems

I turned on firewalling during the installation and allowed only SSH
in.  I later installed Samba which doesn't like to be firewalled
apparently.  I went into the security panel to unblock port 139 I
believe, but there is no option to do so.  You were able to type in
ports during the installation, but now you can only choose from basic
services.  Am I missing something or is this going to be a manual hack?
