empty "start here" folder

hi,

I've tried to enable menu editing in gnome by changing
the /etc/gnome-vfs-2.0/modules/default-modules.conf
file.  When I change it back to it's original values,
I end up with an empty "start here" folder.  How could
I reconstruct the entries in the "start here" folder?
