USB Mouse Problem

My Logitech USB mouse does not work.
The lsmod output is:

So the usb-uhci and hdi module are loaded but when I plug in the mouse the
following lines apeared in the /var/log/messages

What means that? I've compiled a custom kernel based on the redhat config.
So that should not be the problem. Or? Please help!
