JEdit and j2re (sun)

Hi,

I'm trying to install Jedit on a new Fedora installation.

I grab the j2re rpm from sun and install it. I go ahead and add the bin
path to my path.

I install jedit using the apt-rpm repositories on Jpackage.

I run jedit and get the following:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: error:


Anyone get jedit to work on Fedora? I'm going crazy. It's the lifeblood
of my editing life.

Perhaps a different j2re?
