MIME type setup for torrent files

no it's not ok. they are text/plain, but mostly non-human-readable text.

what's more, is taht GNOME needs to associate files with their 
mime-types. which is why i have tons of un-extentioned files with 
different MIME-types ( torrent, HTML, txt, etc. ).
