I'm not particularly adept at making RPMS.  On a good day I can add a
patch to an SRPM :-)

FWIW, I just installed the latest WINE from the WINE CVS repository last
night.  Download, run the installer and wait, it looks like the detection
of NPTL is automatically handled.
