They're nothing to be worried about then. Here's briefly what's going on.
You are attempting to install a couple of packages. RPM looks at the first
one and finds out that it requires glibc-2.3.2 in order to function, so RPM
adds "glibc = 2.3.2" to it's dependency stack. Then another package comes
along which only requires "glibc <= 2" Since this is a more general
requirement, but isn't in conflict with the first glibc requirement, RPM
replaces the "glibc = 2.3.2" requirement with "glibc <= 2" and prints out a
message that the change has been made.
