If you don't know, then you've never used it.
It's another browser (that uses mozilla components).
Easiest way, just "rpm -ev galeon" then upgrade mozilla. If you really
want galeon again in the future, just use up2date, apt or yum.
Galeon was not included in FC1, we got Epiphany instead - by the original
developer of galeon, but the versions I'm using are:
# Galeon
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/galeon/galeon-1.3.10-1moz15.i386.rpm?download
# Mozilla
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/yum/SeaMonkey/releases
/current/redhat/fedora-test3/ #followed by these rpms
mozilla-1.5-1.i386.rpm
mozilla-chat-1.5-1.i386.rpm
mozilla-devel-1.5-1.i386.rpm
mozilla-dom-inspector-1.5-1.i386.rpm
mozilla-js-debugger-1.5-1.i386.rpm
mozilla-mail-1.5-1.i386.rpm
mozilla-nspr-1.5-1.i386.rpm
mozilla-nspr-devel-1.5-1.i386.rpm
mozilla-nss-1.5-1.i386.rpm
mozilla-nss-devel-1.5-1.i386.rpm
