Linux Cad Packages

Varicad seems to be the closest thing to Autocad on Linux. It isn't 
free, but the cost is reasonable. It handles DWF files natively.

QCad is GPL software, but it is more lightweight, and reads DXF instead 
of DWG. It's more of a hobbyist tool.
