Problems wit XFree86 and Diamond Steath II 220 card. :-\

I just cannot make the X Server to start. :-( My XF86Config file looks 
like this:

Other sections are OK - X works with "vga" driver.

When I do startx i get fatal error ant that's it. In logs:
