It's a great idea, but I don't know if laying out the complete situation
in release notes would be appropriate.  Considering some of it can be
sort of ahh, politically sensitive?

Though I do agree that a comprehensive and semi-authoritative guide
explaining the "gist" of Fedora and what it really means to install it
(i.e., weaning yourself off of official errata and what's involved in
beginning to configure and use community-supported repositories of
software) is sorely needed.  Obviously a good work item for the
"community", where this is best placed I do not know.
