Mozilla 1.4.1 on Fedora - Strange Behavior

Hello,

I recently upgraded to Fedora Core 1 on my desktop system and along with 
it came Mozilla 1.4.1. The install went fine, everything works, everything 
seems to be OK. However, when I go to check my company website 
(http://www.peeringsolutions.ca), the site is very broken:

* The drop-down menu on the page does not work.
* Login box (currently not being used) is not aligned properly

I downloaded Mozilla 1.6a from www.mozilla.org and that seems to work just 
fine. Just thought that the community might like to know. If you wish, I 
can fill out a bug report, but i'm not sure who to put it to, either 
Mozilla's bugzilla system or RedHat's bugzilla system or both. Any help 
would be appreciated,
