ACPI, APM and power failures

You must disable DPMS if you use ACPI. I did this with a hammer (I
edited the X start files). It would be nice if this were done by
whatever is detecting ACPI support. (Yes, magic things happen when you
use acpi=on on the command line, so I know this is being detected)
