Jeremy Katz posted on fedora-test last week that lilo was being restored
in Fedora Core 1, but would still be on the deprecated list. 

Getting to it in the install will require passing "linux lilo" at boot
time.

The plan after FC1 is to remove lilo and get the required functionality
into grub for FC2.
